Driving back from the Mall of America on Friday, we noticed quite a few bald eagles had descended on the Minnesota River. I went back with a long lens and found 8 bald eagles, including 5 sitting in one tree. I did a little research and I found out that the ones without the white heads are under about 5 years old. I also found out eagles mate until one of them dies.
